Bookfest is a fun-filled day for children and adults alike. Authors, illustrators, and storytellers from across Canada are invited to attend, presenting their work, telling stories, and/or showing children how they do what they do. Presentations are arranged for several different age ranges. There's something for everyone!

Three sessions are organized - two in the morning and one in the afternoon. Ticket price covers all three sessions and there is a choice of presenters for each session. Noon hour includes entertainment, activities, a chance to buy books written or illustrated by the presenters, and a chance to enter a Prize Draw for a basket filled with a book from each presenter. After the afternoon session there is another opportunity to buy books, and have them signed by the author or illustrator!

Please note that BookFest is intended for children. All adults must be accompanied by a child.
